Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in chemistry or related field.
• 10+ years in cheminformatics software development or sales.
• Proven ability translating market insights into strategy.
• Experience pricing and packaging for B2B software.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and senior-stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support growth goals for the chemistry product domain.
• Own ongoing competitive product intelligence for Reaxys and related cheminformatics features; collaborate with Strategy and other teams.
• Assist in prioritizing product investments and building business cases for major initiatives.
• Serve as chemistry domain and cheminformatics market expert for marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with sales to shape go-to-market and enablement; provide deal guidance.
• Lead pricing governance, willingness-to-pay analysis, and discounting decisions.
• Plan and execute launches with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Represent the organization to senior leadership and at industry events.
• Mentor team members to build market understanding and competitive strategy.
