Job summary

Lab Alley is seeking a Chemical Portfolio Manager to act as the scientific brain behind our fast-paced chemical e-commerce platform. You will bridge complex chemical data with high-velocity commercial execution, steward product launches, and guide regulatory documentation.

This role partners with the CEO and lead Chemist to build our roadmap while ensuring data integrity and zero-error labeling. As a hands-on product launcher, you will drive sourcing to launch, manage product lifecycle, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Information Management, Product Development, Project Management or related role.
• Chemistry or related field degree or deep experience in chemicals.
• Data accuracy mindset for technical data on website and labels.
• Ability to manage projects across Operations, IT, Marketing to shelf-ready products.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches and cross-functional integration across Operations, Marketing, IT, and Customer Relations.
• Standardize the Launch Process for adding chemicals to our digital storefront and ensure quality audits.
• Maintain product data integrity across online pages and packaging labels, including final label PDFs.
• Collaborate with CEO, Chemist, Quality, Supply Chain and regulatory teams to ensure compliant launches.
