What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and identify potential partners that align with the target profile for partnership
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets and activation strategies
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospective partners to meet recruitment targets
- Drive onboarding and activation of new partners while ensuring they are equipped to support Mastercard offerings
- Engage with internal resources to support partnership objectives and track progress through the sales cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least ten years of experience in the business data and/or media and advertising industry
- Proven experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
- Strong personal network within the media and advertising industry
- Experience in managing major customer/partner relationships with a focus on transparency and collaboration
- Ability to develop and manage joint business planning with partners

- Familiarity with activation and measurement data and solutions
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent listening and collaboration skills
- Commercial orientation with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
