Minaris Advanced Therapies is seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for North America to drive revenue growth and expand market share in CGT. You will own the regional pipeline, close multi-year contracts, and shape engagement models with clients.

The role requires 5+ years in life sciences sales, a strong network, and deep CGT knowledge. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid work setup are expected as part of this leadership position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of field Sales and Business Development experience in Life Science industry (CDMO/CRO/Biomanufacturing).
• Hunter mindset: self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
• Deep understanding of commercial pharma operations, brand marketing, and patient access challenges.

Mansioni

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target North American markets (pharma, biotech, ATCs, etc).
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive revenue growth: Own revenue targets for the region; Meet or exceed annual revenue targets with multi-year, high-value contracts.
• Identify and co-develop innovative engagement models with clients (risk-sharing, outcome-based partnerships, or co-commercialization).
• Lead end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
