Minaris Advanced Therapies seeks a Director of Sales and Business Development for North America to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the CGT landscape. Lead sales strategies, build key relationships, and close multi-year contracts across pharma, biotech, and ATCs.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, develop a robust client pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of field Sales and Business Development in Life Science (CDMO/CRO/Biomanufacturing).
• Hunter mindset: self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
• Deep understanding of commercial pharma operations, brand marketing, and patient access challenges.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target North American markets (pharma, biotech, ATCs, etc).
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive revenue growth: Own revenue targets for the region; meet or exceed annual revenue targets, with multi-year, high-value contracts.
• Lead end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM including lead status, opportunity pipeline, and activity tracking.
• Collaborate across the company to ensure offerings are competitive and aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct cold outreach, networking, and conference attendance to source leads and build brand presence.
• Stay ahead of CGT industry trends to guide strategy and relevance of offerings.
• Travel to visit customers up to 50%.
