Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college with concentration in accounting, finance, or economics; preferred but not required.
• Over 12 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with client to facilitate information gathering.
• Guide and facilitate client interviews and ensure all relevant data are considered.
• Define types of analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure complete, accurate execution.
• Apply industry and functional knowledge to identify business drivers and issues.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses.
• Lead components of projects with multiple service lines and guide smaller projects independently.
• Proactively manage client expectations and minimize risks and negative impacts on project.
• Design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements to drive client value.
• Engage with senior management and obtain buy-in from board members on actionable plans.
• Take accountability for both client and team identified issues.
