Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college with educational concentration in accounting/finance/economics.
• Over 12 years of experience related to: Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree Preferred but not Required.
• Proven ability to develop actionable conclusions from analyses.

Responsibilities

• Connect with client to facilitate information gathering.
• Guide and facilitate client interviews and ensure all relevant data are considered.
• Define type of analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
• Apply industry and functional knowledge to identify business drivers and issues.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses.
• Lead components of projects with multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently.
• Design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements; optimize organizational structure.
