Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited college with concentration in accounting/finance/economics (preferred)
• Over 12 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead hypotheses, scope development and information gathering with client stakeholders
• Guide client interviews and ensure data is complete, accurate and timely
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and craft executable recommendations
• Manage projects with multiple service lines; lead smaller projects independently
• Identify risks, create contingency plans, and communicate with client and senior management
• Drive EBITDA improvements, cash flow and organizational design to boost client value
• Demonstrate accountability for client and team issues and build complimentary teams
