Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's CFO Services practice works with private equity‑held portfolio companies to preserve and grow value through hands‑on involvement in operations. The role focuses on driving cash generation, EBITDA improvements, and credible plans that executives can execute.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Accounting/Finance, strong financial modeling, and senior‑level advisory experience; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college with accounting/finance concentration.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, due diligence, restructuring, or private equity.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or related certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hypotheses and scope development with clients.
• Manage project workstreams and guide multi-line service teams.
• Provide leadership and accountability for client and team issues.
• Develop actionable cash and EBITDA improvement plans.
• Present findings to senior management and boards.
