Job summary

Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCS) seeks a Case Management Services Director to supervise the Case Management Services department, coordinating staff and reporting. The role requires overseeing records, budgets, audits, and ensuring high quality services.

The Director will drive program development, grant activities, and collaboration with funders, while effectively leading clinical staff and maintaining compliance with governing bodies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Licensure in Florida preferred (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).
• Minimum seven years post‑Master’s experience in an administrative and/or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Case Management Services department.
• Ensure records, budgets, accreditations, and audits are compliant and up to date.
• Lead program development, grants writing, and fundraising in collaboration with leadership.
