Danaher is seeking a Workday Learning Administrator to own the learning catalog, campaigns, enrollments, and completions. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Senior Director, HR Technology and part of the HR Technology team.
You will govern learning security, run annual training campaigns, and ensure SOX/compliance evidence while optimizing workflows inside Workday and related tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in LMS administration are required.

The Workday Learning Administrator is the business-side administrator of Workday Learning - the controlled execution owner of the learning catalog, campaigns, enrollments, and completions. The role will own how learning is executed natively in the platform, and you partner with the Program Specialist on the annual learning cycle. This position reports to the Senior Director, HR Technology and is part of the HR Technology team and will be fully remote.
For administrative purposes, these positions are posted under USA Remote. However, the roles are open to candidates across all Danaher locations. The employing legal entity for the successful candidates will be determined at offer stage, based on location, business requirements, and applicable regulations.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
