Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields with ownership of employee programs.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience managing enterprise learning and onboarding initiatives.
• Proficiency in program and project management with cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze learning data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Skilled in translating business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities
