Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of work experience, with 3 years in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Strategic multi-year maintenance plan development and management.
• Lead daily facilities operations including CMMS oversight.
• Develop and coach Property Services teams.
• Publish SOPs, KPIs, and service schedules; conduct weekly property walks.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion in a zoned model.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and safety regulations.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-campus collaboration.
• Advise campus leadership on facilities issues.
