Job summary

Lone Star College-Montgomery seeks a Director, Campus Property Services to lead facilities operations across multiple campuses. You will oversee custodial, maintenance, grounds, HVAC, CMMS, budgeting, and vendor management, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality services for students and staff.

Reporting to the Chief Property Officer, you will develop strategic plans, manage multi-campus projects, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Lone Star College’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years in a management-level position.
• Experience in facilities management, preferably in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Plan multi-year strategic maintenance and asset-management programs for multiple campuses.
• Oversee CMMS work order system, data quality, and analytics.
• Lead and develop Property Services teams with coaching and performance reviews.
• Develop and publish SOPs, KPIs, service schedules, and budgets.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Coordinate capital and operational projects across a zoned, cross-functional model.
