Job summary

The position requires 7+ years experience, ITIL/Project+ credentials, and the ability to coordinate across multiple campuses. Travel and on-call responsibilities may be required as part of a 24/7/365 global department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience or equivalent
• ITIL Foundations or industry-recognized equivalent
• CompTIA Project+ certification preferred
• Experience in mid-management or director-level role
• Ability to work across campuses and coordinate IT services

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary oversight for campus technology budget and financial controls
• Lead campus technology areas to ensure consistent hardware quality and IT service delivery
• Develop operational plans and measure performance against strategic plans
• Oversee capital outlay budgeting and bulk hardware purchases
• Collaborate to create standard IT operational procedures across the campus
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to determine technology needs
• Participate in committees and initiatives and manage special projects as assigned
• Promote and monitor IT security across data, networks, systems, and applications
• Coordinate IT project timelines with campus schedules to minimize disruption
• Keep abreast of state-of-the-art technology applicable to higher education
• Foster strong team communication and liaison with other departments
• May travel between LSC locations and occasionally work outside core hours
