Job summary

Lone Star College System is seeking a Coordinator III to oversee day-to-day and some long-term operations within a large area of responsibility, leading planning, development, evaluation, and improvement, and coordinating logistics, staff, and calendars across multiple campuses. Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience are required.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily and some long-term operations within assigned area, acting as SME.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports for internal/external constituents.
Enter, track, and maintain data and documents across systems.
Ensure compliance with local/state/federal requirements for processes.
Supervise and train department staff; schedule work and organize training.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, and training materials.
Manage department budget and purchasing in line with policy.
Lead special projects and contribute to program improvements.
