Responsibilities

• Define and evolve campaign operations strategy and governance.

• Drive operational excellence with metrics on timelines and quality.
• Lead the campaign operations capability roadmap and prioritize opportunities.
• Provide leadership and governance for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
