• Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Build a production model combining internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, workflows, templates, and reusable components.
• Drive improvements in production timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Lead governance for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
• Develop capability roadmaps and partner with Marketing, Revenue, and Product leaders.
