• Own and evolve enterprise campaign operations strategy and governance.
• Build a scalable production model using internal, self-service, and external resources.
• Define planning standards, templates, and reusable components.
• Drive campaign timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Digital, and Product leaders to align priorities.
• Guide governance for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
• Develop reporting and dashboards on workflow performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, distributed team.
