Primary Care Development Corporation is seeking a Director of Consulting Practice Management and Operations to strengthen the daily operations of the consulting practice. This role will own pricing, capacity planning, client engagement tracking, and the systems that support growth.

Work schedule is hybrid, with collaboration across finance, HR, and legal. The candidate will partner with staff to build scalable processes, improve service delivery, and drive impact for funders and clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 7+ years in practice management, operations, or program administration.
• Advanced knowledge of project management systems and best practices.
• Experience with CRM or invoicing systems; building operational infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to present complex analytics clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build standard pricing practices across consulting engagements, linking cost, capacity, and margin.
• Develop capacity planning for current and future staffing decisions.
• Own client engagement tracking from scoping through delivery; keep CRM up to date.
• Create and maintain guidance to capture client outcomes and feedback.
• Lead data-driven continuous quality improvement across units and service lines.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across the practice.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to service delivery.
• Partner with External Affairs to increase team visibility and engagement.
