Job summary

PSG, an EPIC owned company, is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Performance to build the operational infrastructure, enable forecasting discipline, and provide strategic insights. This remote US-based role partners with the President and senior leaders to align strategy, sales, delivery, and profitability into a scalable operating model.

The role is a player-coach to develop processes, reporting capabilities, and dashboards, with eventual scale to support growth in a complex business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Operations, FP&A, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or related roles.
• Experience forecasting, planning, performance management and strategic decision-making.
• Strong understanding of professional services economics, resource planning, utilization and profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Business Operations & Performance function.
• Connect strategy, sales, delivery, staffing, financial performance and priorities.
• Improve forecasting discipline, KPI reporting and leadership dashboards.
• Develop pipeline-to-capacity planning and resource management processes.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and drive growth initiatives.
• Ensure accurate time tracking, utilization management and reporting structures.
• Lead cross-functional governance and operating rhythms including reviews and forecasts.
• Partner with finance to strengthen planning, forecasting and performance management.
