Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead direct sales across IOU investor-owned utilities. The role combines strategic market development with cross-functional coordination with Corporate Development and Product Management.

This remote position supports an assigned US customer base, with preference for candidates located in major metro regions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in consultative sales within utilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership and consultative sales experience in utilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of Osmose services and products to IOU utilities.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Corporate Development and Product Management.
• Develop annual sales plans and forecast for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow customer base while protecting brand image.
• Collaborate with Operations to align schedules and client expectations.
• Provide pricing recommendations after gathering market data.
