Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional located in the Northeast U.S. to drive direct sales of Osmose services and products.

You will coordinate with Corporate Development and Product Management on team sales and manage a growing customer base to increase revenue and market share. The role requires five or more years in sales, leadership qualities, and willingness to travel overnight to meet clients and project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales experience.
• Leadership and self-motivation qualities.
• Willingness to travel overnight and varied hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and presentations to prospects for Osmose services and products.
• Build relationships with utility contacts at multiple levels, including senior executives.
• Create sales plans and schedules to ensure market coverage and appropriate contact frequency.
• Coordinate sales activity with General Managers-Operations to maintain existing customers and pursue new ones.
• Advise Contracts on proposals using market intelligence and craft language when needed.
• Submit price recommendations after gathering production and scheduling information from Operations.
• Work with Operations to align crew availability with project schedules and customer expectations.
• Develop annual sales forecasts with Sr. Director and VP-Business Development and update regularly.
• Record and maintain customer information in company systems.
• Develop annual plans to improve personal performance and participate in sales trainings.
