Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in BA or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in capability analysis, requirements definition, and platform enablement.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and RESTful concepts.
• Experience partnering with product, technology, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and align stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-silo collaboration.
• Experience leveraging GenAI/Agentic AI to improve associate and customer experiences.
• Data-driven with customer insights and metrics.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing associates and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while focusing on strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts responsible for capability analysis, requirements definition, feature planning, and platform enablement.
• Partner with product, technology, architecture, and business to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Define roadmaps, evaluate capability opportunities, and guide capability strategy.
