Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people development skills within a SAFe/Agile environment.
• Proven ability to architect and drive BA capability across multiple programs and teams.
• Experience building high-performing Business Analysis teams delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical credibility with strategic leadership and execution.
• Demonstrated experience with low-code/no-code solutions and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Business Analysis discipline within the Digital Solutions organization.
• Architect and execute a comprehensive BA strategy, standards, and operating procedures.
• Oversee automation, AI-driven testing, and DevOps integration for BA practices.
• Develop structured career paths and training to accelerate growth of BA teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Development, Data, and Operations for end-to-end delivery.
