Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director, Business Analyst to lead a team responsible for capability analysis, requirements definition, and platform enablement within Brokerage Technology. The role partners with product, technology, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable digital capabilities and strategic outcomes.

You will shape roadmaps, guide capability strategy, and foster best practices while growing a high-performing team across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in business analysis or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams for business capability analysis and platform enablement.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and service-based architectures (RESTful).
• Experience partnering across product, technology, architecture, and delivery.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and build cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Experience using GenAI and fostering experimentation to improve outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business analysts responsible for capability analysis, requirements, and feature planning.
• Partner with product, technology, architecture, and business teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Define roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, and drive capability strategy across domains.
• Coach and develop analysts to improve analytical, technical, and consulting skills.
• Ensure consistent execution and delivery excellence across the team.
• Translate business needs into scalable capabilities delivering customer and enterprise value.
