Job summary

Aquatech International LLC in the United States seeks a Director of Build Own & Operate North America to lead end-to-end development of water and critical minerals projects from concept to financial close. You will manage technical, commercial, and regulatory work, screen opportunities, coordinate with engineers, lenders, and regulators, and drive project financing while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in infrastructure project development (water, mining, energy, RNG, or similar sectors).
• Experience structuring debt/equity financing and securing project finance.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and ESG standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen greenfield/brownfield opportunities in water reuse, desalination, and minerals recovery.
• Lead techno-commercial feasibility studies and financial modeling for project economics.
• Coordinate permitting, EPC contracts, and offtake agreements; engage financiers for project finance.
