Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a seasoned development finance professional to join the DevCo team in a hybrid Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA role. You will transform early-stage BOO opportunities into bankable projects through sophisticated financial modelling, debt/equity structuring, and close collaboration with lenders, tax advisors, and co-investors.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in project finance, strong experience with BOO/BOT/P3 structures, and a track record in IC deck preparation,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project finance experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, or infrastructure backed platforms.
• Experience with BOO/BOT/P3 structures and tax incentives.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to engage investors and lenders; build IC materials.
• Experience in term sheet negotiations and closing.

Responsibilities

• Build robust project finance models for multiple projects.
• Structure debt and equity; optimize tax and incentives.
• Prepare IC decks and investor materials.
• Lead financial workstreams through due diligence and closing.
• Maintain a model library for rapid scaling across projects.
• Assist in term sheet negotiations and lender Q&A.
• Perform portfolio level analytics and performance tracking.
• Travel up to 40 percent.
