Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Branded Network Business Development to lead end-to-end deal making with third-party issuers, primarily in a remote-eligible capacity. You will partner with finance, pricing, strategy and product teams to grow network adoption and drive strategic growth across the Discover Network.

In this role you will manage cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market strategies, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years in Go-to-Market areas such as Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years in negotiation and deal structuring in B2B environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end deal cycle from pitch to contract closing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Strategy, Product, and Operations to manage clients and assess deals.
• Build and lead a team sourcing new Branded Network opportunities.
