Job summary

The Employee Benefits Client Executive leads design, development, and administration of major client benefit plans, guiding recommendations for long-term objectives. Responsibilities include policy stewardship, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and ongoing client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• CEBS, SPHR or PHR certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of five years in insurance and/or benefits, including leading an account management team.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy activity and stewardship for the assigned book of business.
• Analyze claims data for larger accounts and benchmark against industry standards.
• Ensure client compliance with benefits; advise on ACA and future regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and other laws; fulfill reporting requirements.
• Build strong relationships with insurance partners and internal teams.
• Lead multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
