The Employee Benefits Client Executive leads design, development, and communication of large client benefit plans, offering strategic recommendations aligned with long-term objectives. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance (ACA/ERISA/COBRA), strong leadership, and proactive client relationship management to sustain high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CEBS, SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of insurance and/or benefits experience, including leading an account management team.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with clear client-facing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manages policy activity and stewardship for assigned book of business.
• Analyzes claims data and benchmarks trends for large accounts.
• Ensures client compliance with benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, COBRA and FMLA.
• Maintains knowledge of government regulations and reporting requirements.
• Builds strong relationships with insurance company partners and clients.
