Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits or eligibility administration.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and related regulations.
• Experience with benefits platforms and carrier requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing benefits administration team.
• Oversee eligibility administration and ensure data integrity.
