Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced Director of Benefits to lead the design, administration, and optimization of our employee benefits programs across the United States and Canada. You will direct health, retirement, leave, and wellness initiatives, oversee ACA compliance, and manage a team of benefits professionals.

You will also lead annual Open Enrollment, renewals, vendor negotiations, and major implementations while partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in benefits/HR/Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of health & welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
• Oversee benefits programs for a large multi-state U.S. workforce with ACA compliance and audits.
• Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals.
• Direct annual Open Enrollment, renewals, vendor negotiations, and major implementations.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
