Job summary

Capital One is seeking a results-driven Bank Tech Operations leader in the Wilmington area to guide enterprise tech backlog intake and cross-functional program oversight. You will partner with senior tech leaders and Product teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive storytelling, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making, with a strong focus on solving ambiguity and enabling large-scale operational transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 9+ years of process, project, or program management experience.
• 7+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise tech backlog intake and distribution for Bank Tech engineering.
• Own program oversight for Tech Transformation and Enterprise Tech backlog including executive reporting.
• Build scalable processes that streamline technical operations without extra friction.
• Align technical routines with strategy to drive core goals.
• Provide strategic support for operational shifts to keep the organization resilient.
• Act as primary advisor to senior tech leaders, framing proposals into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Product to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
