Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management for B2B Revenue Automation within Sales Cloud. You will own the product strategy for ABM, buying groups, and agentic engagement across marketing and sales teams, partnering with Marketing Cloud and Data 360 to deliver scalable AI agents.

You will define the multi-year roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and evangelize the strategy to executives, customers, and partners, driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product management for B2B software products.
• Experience leading complex multi-team initiatives as a senior IC.
• Built products for marketing or sales teams, such as marketing automation or CRM.
• Shipped AI or machine learning features for enterprise customers.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization and communicating strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for B2B revenue automation in Sales Cloud.
• Own vision and strategy for ABM, buying groups, and agentic engagement.
• Lead the Buyer Engagement Agent and collaborate with Marketing Cloud and Data 360.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship scalable AI agents.
• Evangelize strategy with customers, partners, and executives; align pricing and GTM.
