Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will oversee analytics, portfolio analyses, and executive storytelling, coordinating across regional and functional teams to drive high-impact outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and experience in enterprise AI and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including execs.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global operating rhythms for AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery to Production stages.
• Analyze target accounts and prioritize Top 100 enterprise opportunities.
• Define and standardize KPIs around private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Collaborate on GTM alignment with AI infrastructure partners.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Account Executives, Solution Engineers and Services.
