ServiceNow seeks a Director, AMS Campaigns, Security & Risk to lead strategy, orchestration, and pipeline outcomes across the Americas. You will guide a cross-functional team of marketers and business stakeholders while partnering with global leads to ensure local activity aligns with global strategy.

You will build a high-performing team, drive integrated campaigns, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and revenue impact, delivering measurable results across the buyer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong command of both creative and pipeline models for growth.
• Deep experience designing integrated campaign strategy.
• Fluency in deriving opportunities from revenue metrics and deal sizes.
• Strong messaging, persona, and buying-cycle expertise.
• Knowledge of AI and generative AI marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the AMS buying group strategy for the Americas and drive pipeline growth.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of campaign managers.
• Direct integrated marketing planning and execution for AMS with regional localization.
• Partner with global leads and GEO hubs to align strategy and share learnings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leadership.
• Translate campaign results into actionable business outcomes and exec-ready findings.
• Deliver executive-level presentations on results and revised plans.
• Manage a large budget across the buyer journey and various channels.
• Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and personalization at scale.
• Optimize lead flow, database growth, and reporting with data teams.
