Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of GSI Partners for Cyber and Risk to own and scale our North America GSI partnership strategy. You will manage a team of Partner Managers, build deep relationships with major GSIs, and drive joint go-to-market motions that deliver measurable revenue impact.

You will be the connective tissue between product, sales and marketing and our GSI partners’ consulting and delivery teams, leading your team to achieve ambitious partnership goals across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working at cybersecurity vendors or with their GSI Partners.
• 4+ years managing a team focused on GSI relationships, partner development, and go-to-market execution.
• Proven track record of building and leading revenue-focused teams in partnership environments.
• Demonstrated relationships and knowledge of major GSIs including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Cognizant.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of GSI Partner Managers and set clear performance expectations.
• Develop and execute the overall GSI partnership strategy across North America.
• Build joint business plans with each GSI partner and track revenue collaboration.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for GSI Partners and primary escalation point for partnership matters.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Leadership to drive joint pipeline and customer delivery motions.
• Report progress to executive leadership and align with company priorities.
