Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced Director of GSI Partners for Cyber and Risk, responsible for scaling our Global Systems Integrator partnerships across North America. You will lead a team of GSI Partner Managers, develop strategy, and drive joint go-to-market motions to deliver measurable revenue impact.

You will be the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing and our partners’ consulting and delivery teams, while guiding execution of ambitious partnership goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working at cybersecurity vendors and with their GSI Partners.
• Minimum 4 years managing a team focused on GSI relationships and go-to-market execution.
• Proven track record of building high-performing, revenue-focused teams in partnerships.
• Demonstrated relationships with major GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Cognizant.
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise security architectures.
• Excellent leadership and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GSI Partner Managers.
• Coach and mentor on partnership strategy, pipeline generation, and revenue acceleration.
• Develop strategy and target GSI Partners across North America.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for GSI Partners and primary escalation point.
• Build joint business plans and measure performance for revenue alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Leadership to drive joint pipeline and customer delivery.
