Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes Company, seeks a strategic Director of Sales & Marketing for the Americas to drive the Industrial Segment. You will lead the regional sales team, shape growth strategies, and advance relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

You will develop account plans, coordinate with product management and marketing, and translate market insights into product and strategic decisions. Extensive travel within the Americas is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets, including sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and solution-based selling.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market intelligence and sharing insights that influence product development and strategic planning.
• Lead business development initiatives that expand market share and enhance Chart's position in targeted industrial applications.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and strengthen key account management processes to maximize customer engagement and long-term value.
• Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement across the region.
• Manage departmental budgets and support business cases for growth investments and strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with Marketing to develop and deploy effective messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
• Increase product knowledge and solution-selling capabilities throughout the sales organization.
• Drive strong cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, product management, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
