Chart Industries, a Baker Hughes Company, seeks a strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment across the Americas. You will drive growth, build executive relationships, and align regional sales with global objectives.

You will guide account planning, market strategies, and cross-selling initiatives, partnering with product and marketing while mentoring a high-performing sales team and managing budgets and forecasts. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in industrial markets (sales, marketing, BD).
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with forecasting, strategic planning, and budget management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed global organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Americas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing for cross-selling.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and strategy.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share.
• Coach and develop sales professionals and foster collaboration.
• Establish and strengthen key account management processes.
• Ensure reporting, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
