Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director for Forward Deployed Solutions (AI) to lead a customer-facing services function delivering AI-enabled legal, tax, and professional-information solutions.

You will manage a senior team aligned to Legal and Tax workflows, shape the operating rhythm, and drive delivery quality, commercial discipline, and reusable assets. This role balances customer outcomes with scalable, repeatable delivery patterns across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, solutions delivery, consulting, or related customer-facing tech environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including senior professionals or managers.
• Experience leading a Professional Services or solutions-delivery function with capacity, utilization, and outcomes accountability.
• Experience shaping enterprise engagements from discovery through value realization.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and commercial teams while maintaining delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Forward Deployed Solutions team including senior professionals.
• Establish operating model for intake, staffing, delivery governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Own annual operating plan including demand, capacity, and financial performance.
• Use data to optimize resourcing and improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and commercial leaders to shape strategic opportunities and scope.
