Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Solutions Manager, Legal AI FDE to drive product strategy and execution for customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineering engagements in CoCounsel Legal. You will own the product direction across end-to-end AI lifecycle for bespoke legal solutions, partnering with law firms, corporate legal teams, engineers, and services teams to deliver valuable and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled products, or workflow platforms.
Experience leading complex, customer-facing product work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear strategy, requirements, and plans.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience partnering with engineering and influencing cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Partner with law firms, corporate legal departments, legal operations teams, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and outcomes.
Lead product execution across multiple legal FDE engagements and maintain alignment among teams.
Own and maintain engagement backlogs with proper prioritization and transparency.
Manage product work from intake to deployment, adoption, and handoff to core product teams.
Identify recurring legal workflows and patterns to create reusable capabilities.
