Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, solutions delivery, or related customer-facing environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership, managing senior professionals and delivery leaders.
• Experience shaping complex enterprise engagements from discovery through value realization.
• Strong partnership with Sales and commercial teams while maintaining delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Solutions team focusing on Legal and Tax workflows.
• Establish operating model for intake, staffing, delivery governance and portfolio reporting.
• Own the annual operating plan including demand, capacity, budget and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to align roadmaps with customer outcomes.
• Drive repeatable delivery patterns and accelerators from successful engagements.
• Coach and retain high-performing teams; build leadership succession.
