Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Director to lead an AI-powered clinical data insights platform under Analytics & Behavior Change (A&B). You will drive discovery, strategy, and delivery with data science and engineering partners to create reusable platform capabilities that scale across CVS Health businesses.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, manage trade-offs among clinical value, reliability, and business outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders while guiding platform adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment, with ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate evidence into strategy.
• 6+ years’ experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and application architectures, with technical fluency to partner with Data Science and Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across complex, cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate between technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating recurring needs into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in close partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and accelerate adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics and use data to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners around platform strategy and priorities.
