Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years demonstrating analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years’ experience with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through direct discovery and analysis.
• Structure ambiguous problems and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap.
• Lead multi-year roadmap and investment priorities with clear trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to bring AI products from inception to production.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
