Job summary

CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is seeking a Director to lead the creation, launch, and maintenance of an AI-powered clinical data insights platform that enables automation and clinician workflows.

You will drive platform strategy, collaborate with Data Science and Engineering, and translate clinical needs into reusable platform capabilities across multi-year roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• 5+ years executive communication and storytelling with technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable platform components.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with high value.
• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap; translate needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and investment priorities balancing clinical value, productivity, and reliability.
• Lead platform delivery with data science and engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities.
