Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director, AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of AI platform capabilities used by AI Product Managers across the firm. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive discovery and validation, and establish success metrics to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product management including translating business needs into technical requirements and leading discovery/validation.
• 3+ years' experience in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI products (models/agents).
• Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvements for reusable AI capabilities.
• Define success metrics for AI model/agent performance, adoption, and impact.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and business teams to test and refine AI capabilities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
