Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Product Frameworks to lead end-to-end development and delivery of reusable AI platform capabilities across the firm.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead discovery and validation, and define success metrics for AI models and agents to drive enterprise impact. This role sits within EJ Labs’ AI Platform Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years product management experience translating business needs into tech requirements.
• 3+ years AI/ML experience.
• Knowledge of AI technologies in financial services.
• Familiarity with AI PDLC and product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for AI products and models.
• Lead AI product discovery, validation, and iterative improvements.
• Define metrics to evaluate AI model and agent success and adoption.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and other teams to test, deploy, and refine AI capabilities.
• Own lifecycle of AI platform builder capabilities including versioning and monitoring.
