Edward Jones seeks a Director, AI Product Manager – AI Controls & Observability to drive end-to-end AI platform capabilities across the firm. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead discovery and validation, and define success metrics for measurable impact.

This role treats AI as the product, partnering with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and business teams to ensure reusable, scalable AI capabilities while upholding responsible AI practices and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product management including translating business needs into technical requirements.
• 3+ years' experience in AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and financial services.
• Regulatory compliance and risk management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable AI product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, validation, and iterative improvement for AI control & observability products.
• Define success metrics for AI product performance, adoption, and monitoring.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to test and deploy capabilities.
• Own lifecycle of reusable AI platform builder capabilities from versioning to retraining.
